About TRIP

Tracking Research in Psychedelics

Our Mission

TRIP is a public data infrastructure project that aggregates, enriches, and organizes scholarly literature on psychedelic compounds. Our goal is to make psychedelic research more accessible to scientists, clinicians, policymakers, and the public.

What We Track

We currently track 37,973 research papers across 36 psychedelic compounds:

How It Works

  1. 1

    Discover

We scan OpenAlex, PubMed, and Google Scholar daily for new papers.

  2. 2

    Enrich

Each paper is enriched with metadata from Crossref including authors, journal, citations, and abstracts.

  3. 3

    Classify

AI-powered classification extracts study type, species, neuroimaging methods, and key findings from each paper.

  4. 4

    Store & Serve

Papers are stored in our database and made searchable through this interface.
